The Georgetown, Texas Poppy Fest (Williamson County) doesn’t have an official dance floor, but there is music playing throughout the fest. This year we heard Joe Nichols and found a place on the south side of the courthouse to dance.
Even though this isn’t an old dance hall – or even a dance floor – we were counting places we danced so this made the list. Several other places we went to this year are outdoor venues as well.
Mercer Dance Hall was our next dance stop.
